Important

A quotation, proposal, invoice or order confirmation may contain terms specific to an order. Those specific terms form part of the agreement. Nothing on this page excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

01 · AGREEMENT

About these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when you enquire about, order or use products and services supplied by Stardetha (Pty) Ltd (“Stardetha”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through this website or an order that refers to this page.

Submitting an enquiry does not create an order. An order is accepted when Stardetha confirms it in writing and any required payment has cleared, unless the written quotation or order confirmation says otherwise. By approving a quotation, paying an invoice or using a supplied product or service, you agree to the terms that apply to that order.

02 · ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Consultation before checkout

For products in the plugin store, the payment link will be available after consultation. Before payment, Stardetha will confirm the selected product or plan, website or project limits, licence period, current price, fulfilment method, expected delivery timing and any material vendor conditions.

  • Prices are shown or quoted in South African rand unless stated otherwise.
  • The final quotation or checkout must show the total payable and any applicable taxes, delivery costs or third-party fees.
  • You must check the product, plan, website count, email address and billing details before paying.
  • Payment may be processed by PayFast or another disclosed payment provider. Stardetha does not receive your full card or bank credentials from the payment gateway.
  • Orders may be declined or refunded if supply would breach a vendor licence, resale restriction, law or fraud-prevention requirement.

03 · DELIVERY POLICY

How products and services are delivered

Digital products and licences. Delivery may take the form of a download, installation file, licence key, vendor-account invitation, account access, configuration service or activation on the approved website. The exact method and expected delivery time will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation before payment.

When delivery starts. Fulfilment begins after cleared payment and after we receive the information reasonably needed to complete the order, such as the correct email address, domain, website access, vendor-account details or written approval. A delay in receiving required information may move the delivery date.

Third-party fulfilment. Some licences and hosted services depend on the vendor confirming availability or activating access. If a vendor delay affects the agreed timing, Stardetha will notify you and provide a revised estimate or another remedy available under the agreement and applicable law.

Services and project work. Milestones, review dates and final handover will follow the accepted proposal or project schedule. Delivery is complete when the agreed files, access, activation or service outcome has been supplied through the agreed channel.

Physical goods. If Stardetha accepts an order for physical hardware or branded goods, the delivery method, destination, fee and estimated delivery period will be confirmed before payment. Please inspect the delivery promptly and report missing, damaged or incorrect items.

Missing or incorrect delivery?

Email us with your order or invoice number, the email address used for the order and a description of the problem. We will investigate and arrange fulfilment, correction, replacement or a refund where the agreement or law requires it.

04 · REFUND POLICY

When a refund may be available

Stardetha will honour refund, repair, replacement, re-performance and other remedies required by applicable South African law. The rules below explain our normal process and do not remove those rights.

  • Before fulfilment: you may request cancellation before work or delivery begins. Any refund may lawfully exclude a disclosed, authorised and non-recoverable third-party cost already committed for your order.
  • Digital delivery or activation: a change-of-mind refund is not automatic after a unique key, download, vendor invitation or non-revocable access has been supplied. This does not affect a remedy for a product that is faulty, incorrectly supplied, materially misdescribed, not delivered or otherwise refundable by law.
  • Services: where a project is lawfully cancelled, amounts paid for work that has not been performed will be addressed after any permitted charge for completed work and authorised non-recoverable costs. If delivered work does not meet the agreed scope or required standard, Stardetha must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and remedy the issue where appropriate.
  • Duplicate or incorrect payment: verified duplicate payments and payments attached to an order Stardetha cannot accept will be refunded.

To request a refund, email the contact address below with the order or invoice number, reason for the request and relevant evidence. We will acknowledge the request, assess it against the order and applicable law, and communicate the outcome and processing timing. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method; bank or gateway processing times are outside Stardetha’s direct control.

05 · CANCELLATION POLICY

How to cancel an order or service

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the contact email below. A request is effective when received and acknowledged by Stardetha, subject to any cancellation right that applies earlier by law.

  • Consultations: use the notice period stated in the booking confirmation to cancel or reschedule. Any booking fee or late-cancellation consequence must have been disclosed before booking.
  • Projects: if you cancel after work begins, Stardetha may invoice completed milestones, time reasonably spent and authorised non-recoverable third-party costs, to the extent permitted by law and the accepted proposal. Any lawful balance will be returned and paid-for deliverables will be handled under the project agreement.
  • Recurring services: cancellation stops future Stardetha-managed billing once processed. Send notice before the next renewal date shown in the order. A third-party subscription or vendor renewal may also require action in the vendor account and remains subject to that provider's current terms.
  • Cooling-off rights: where a statutory cooling-off or cancellation right applies to an electronic transaction or direct-marketing agreement, Stardetha will honour it.

06 · DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND LICENCES

Vendor conditions still apply

Product names, trademarks and software belong to their respective owners. Stardetha is an independent provider unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Availability, activation, website limits, updates, support, hosted features and renewals may be governed by the vendor’s current terms as well as the Stardetha order confirmation.

You may not resell, share, copy, transfer or use a licence beyond the rights supplied with the order. Stardetha does not promise unauthorised keys, shared accounts, modified software or fulfilment that conflicts with a vendor’s licence. If a vendor changes or withdraws an offering before fulfilment, Stardetha will discuss a lawful replacement, revised order or refund as appropriate.

07 · CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Information and access we need from you

  • Provide accurate contact, billing, domain and website information.
  • Confirm that the selected product is suitable for your WordPress version, hosting environment, existing plugins and intended use.
  • Keep lawful backups and authorised administrator access available before installation or configuration work.
  • Review proofs, translations, content, milestones and test results within the agreed time.
  • Use products and services lawfully and comply with applicable vendor terms.

Stardetha is not responsible for delays caused by missing approvals, inaccessible systems, inaccurate information or an unsupported environment, but we will explain any resulting change to timing or scope.

08 · WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

Reasonable care and fair limits

Stardetha will perform its services with reasonable care and skill and will supply products in accordance with the confirmed description, subject to applicable law. Software compatibility, third-party uptime, search rankings, advertising results, translation accuracy and vendor feature continuity cannot be guaranteed unless a specific written guarantee forms part of the order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stardetha is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made. No limitation in these terms applies where liability cannot lawfully be limited, or reduces a mandatory consumer remedy.

09 · PERSONAL INFORMATION

Order and payment information

Stardetha uses order and contact information to assess enquiries, provide quotations, process and fulfil orders, support customers and keep required business records. Payment providers and product vendors may process information needed for payment or fulfilment under their own terms and privacy notices. Do not send passwords through an ordinary contact-form message; use the secure access method agreed for the project.

10 · COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

Let us address the problem first

Send a written complaint with the order number, relevant dates, the outcome you want and supporting information. Stardetha will review the order record and respond in good faith. If a complaint is not resolved, either party may use the remedies and dispute-resolution channels available under South African law.

These terms are intended to operate consistently with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. If mandatory law gives you greater protection, that protection prevails.

11 · GENERAL TERMS

Changes, governing law and severability

South African law governs these terms. Stardetha may update this page for future orders, but a change will not retrospectively reduce rights already attached to an accepted order unless the law requires it or both parties agree in writing. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

12 · CONTACT

Questions, cancellations or refund requests

Contact Stardetha before payment if any product, price, delivery method or term is unclear.
