AI answers are not working

1. Confirm the Anthropic key under Settings → AI answers, or in wp-config.php as SITE_MASCOT_ANTHROPIC_KEY.
2. Check that AI answers is switched on.
3. The daily limit (default 200 AI calls across all visitors) may be used up. The mascot then falls back to search until the next day.
4. Your Q&A is tried first, so a question you have answered never uses AI.
5. Check your Anthropic account has credit.
