Submissions
Visitor Details → Submissions lists answers with search, a CSV download, delete, and a link to each visitor’s conversation. You can also get an email for each new submission.
Privacy
- Answers are saved only on your own site.
- They are deleted automatically after the number of days you choose.
- They are included in WordPress’s personal-data export and erase tools, matched by email.
- Names, emails and phone numbers are never sent to the AI. Only answers you tick Let the AI use this answer on (such as student type or province) are sent with a question, and only when AI answers are on.
- Analytics events never contain what a visitor entered.
