Open Site Mascot → Visitor Details. The form is off by default. Tick Visitors must fill in this form before they can use the chat and save to turn it on.
The starter form
The plugin ships with a starter form built from the University of Zululand graduation assistant document: name, email, student type, citizenship, province (only for South African visitors), terms and a disclaimer, then a second step with the GRF01 question. Edit it freely, or use Start again from the University of Zululand graduation form to restore it.
How often visitors are asked
- Once per device: remembered for the number of days you choose.
- Every new visit.
Adding or removing a field, or making a field required, asks everyone again. You can also force that with Ask every visitor to fill the form in again.
It cannot be skipped
The chat server refuses questions that do not carry the signed pass the form hands out, so the form cannot be bypassed by calling the chat directly.
