Analytics and Conversations list the questions the mascot could not answer. Each has an Add answer button that opens the Q&A form with the question already filled in. Write the answer and save: once you add an answer, the question disappears from the unanswered list.
A good routine is to open Analytics once a week, add answers for the most-asked unanswered questions, and watch the answered rate improve.
