Import and export Q&A with CSV

Prepare a spreadsheet with these columns, then Import CSV in Site Mascot → Q&A:

• Only question and answer are required. Separate other wordings with |.
• In Excel or Google Sheets use File → Save as → CSV (UTF-8). Comma, semicolon and tab files all work, and a leading BOM is fine.
• Add new and update existing matches by question text. Columns missing from the file are left alone on updates, so a two-column file only changes answers.
• Replace wipes the list first.
• Export all gives you the same format back (spreadsheet formulas are neutralised). Download a blank template gives you a starting file.
• The limit is 5,000 rows and 2 MB.

Before uninstalling: uninstalling the plugin deletes the Q&A list and the log, so export your Q&A first if you want to keep it.
