Write your own Q&A

Open Site Mascot → Q&A and add an entry with:

• Question: the main way people ask it.
• Other ways to ask it: alternative wordings. You do not need every variation, because close wording matches too.
• Answer: what the mascot says, word for word.
• Link and button text (optional): shown as a button under the answer.
• Language: English or isiZulu.
• Show as a suggestion button when the chat opens (optional): good for your five most common questions.

Your Q&A always wins over AI, and costs nothing to answer.
