Site Mascot adds an animated 3D character to your WordPress website. Out of the box it is a graduate eagle, and with the Mascot Studio it can be any character you like. It learns the website it is installed on: it reads your pages, posts, menu, headings, categories and contact details, greets visitors by your site’s name and writes its own line for every page.
What visitors see
The mascot walks, waves, dances and talks. It points at your main call-to-action button, suggests related pages and opens a chat window when clicked. In the chat it answers from your own questions and answers first, then from your pages, and, only if you switch it on, with AI-written replies.
What you control
A Site Mascot menu appears in the WordPress admin with these pages:
- Analytics: conversations, questions, answered rate, helpful ratings and unanswered questions.
- Mascot Studio: choose or make the character.
- Visitor Details: an optional form visitors fill in before the chat.
- Conversations: the log of every chat.
- Q&A: your own questions and answers.
- Settings: everything else.
Nothing is hosted elsewhere. The mascot, the chat and the log all live on your own WordPress site.
