Fields
Change, reorder, duplicate, remove or add fields. Types are: short answer, email, phone, number, long answer, drop-down, choice buttons (use for Yes/No), tick box, and a message or heading block. Any field can be required.
Pages
Give fields a Page (1 to 3) to split a long form into steps with Next and Back.
Show only if
Hide a question unless an earlier answer matches. For example, the province drop-down appears only when the visitor answers South African.
Replies per choice
For drop-downs and choice buttons you can write what the mascot says after the form for each answer, such as If No: please complete the GRF01 form: [open the form](https://…). Write links as [text](https://…) or paste plain addresses.
Message after the form
Shown in the chat once the form is complete. Use {name_first} (or {any_answer_key}) to include what the visitor entered.

isiZulu
The heading, introduction, button, each question and the closing message have optional isiZulu versions. Please have a first-language speaker check the interface strings (Next, Back and error messages) before launch.
