Major Settings options and v0.21.0 defaults.

The normal Instant Language Switcher settings continue to cover translation behavior, providers, publication, URL mode, cache/preload and diagnostics.

Commercial entitlement is intentionally managed on Instant Languages → License rather than mixed into provider settings.

Licensing defaults in v0.21.0

• Product slug: instant-language-switcher
• API base: https://stardetha.com/wp-json/stardetha-licensing/v1/
• Background check interval: approximately 24 hours
• Connectivity grace period: 14 days after the last successful validation
• Update channel: stable
• Customer key storage: encrypted locally
• Licensing response verification: signed when server/client crypto support is available

Developers may change the licensing endpoint for staging with ist_license_api_base.
